Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for operating the facilities telephone system for an Automotive Group to answer inquires and obtains information for general public, customers, visitors or other interested parties.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages

• Greet persons entering building, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct them to specific departments

• Receive payment and record receipts for sales department

• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Related experience preferred

Other:

• Professional demeanor required

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task
